My name is Angie. I am 23 years old and an immigrant from Colombia, although I was raised in the US at a young age. I resided in Florida for the first 21 years and made my way to Portland to finish my BA in Environmental Science. I feel like I've never known my own country, and cooking is the only way I am able to connect to it. This has become such a meditative process for me as I've gotten older, and especially since moving to Oregon.
