Andrea Lemoins is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana via Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She began baking at the age of 6, with her Easy Bake Oven. Andrea is a classically trained French Pastry Chef, and bakes with the Creole ingredients and flavors of her ancestors.
